Analysis

This ordinance authorizes the commissioner of public works to establish the daily maximum and special event rates at the MacArthur Square, 1215 N. 5^th Street, 724 N. 2nd Street and 1000 N. Water Street parking structures.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 309-61-2-a-0 of the code is amended to read:

309-61.  Operation of Parking Facilities.

2.                     PARKING RATES.

a.                     Parking structures at MacArthur Square, 1215 N. 5^th Street, 724 N. [[Plankinton Avenue]] >>2nd Street<< , and 1000 N. Water Street:

Part 2. Section 309-61-2-a-2 of the code is amended to read:

a-2.  Daily maximum and special event - [[$5.00 to $50.00]] >>rates to be established by the commissioner<< .
