Title

Resolution relative to the Collaboration and Use agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health.

Analysis

This resolution authorizes a Collaboration and Use agreement between the City of Milwaukee Health Department and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Board of Reagents on behalf of the Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health, which will authorize the Milwaukee Health Department to occupy space at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health an authorizes payment to be made for such space for select City of Milwaukee Health Department personnel.

Body

Whereas, A Collaboration and Use agreement has been negotiated between the City of Milwaukee Health Department and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health at 1240 N. 10th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53205, and the City shall make an annual payment for such space at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health in the amount of $33,000, increasing 2.5%, $825.00 beginning the second year for a; now, therefore be it

 

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, That on behalf of the City of Milwaukee, the City of Milwaukee Health Department shall initiate the Collaboration and Use agreement with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Joseph J. Zilber School of Public health; and be it

 

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose.
