Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District
Alley betw. W. Clybourn St., W. St Paul Av., N. 28th St., N. 29th St. (new e/w leg to N. 29th St.) (MKE playground)(ST212180117) File Number 190519: Concrete alley construction. (Nonassessable Alley paving fund -- $10,000 additional funds) This project was completed in 2020 and the funds are needed to close out the contract.

6th Aldermanic District

W. Capitol Dr. - N. 10th St. to N. 16th St. (WT410210901) File Number 211199: Water main joint repair. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $300,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $325,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
