This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $2,388,000 with the total cost estimated to be $29,203,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Dousman St. - E. Concordia Ave. to 285’ +/- north of E. Randolph Ct. (SM495210092) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $251,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

N. 29th St. - 240’ +/- south of W. Kilbourn Ave. to W. Richardson Pl. (SM495210078) Relaying combined sewer. Combined sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $85,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

5th and 9th Aldermanic Districts
