The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 301-2 of the code is repealed and recreated to read:

 

301-2. Aldermanic District Boundaries. Effective January 1, 2022, except as otherwise required by law, the territory within the limits of the city of Milwaukee shall be divided into 15 aldermanic districts which shall be comprised of the following election wards, as described in resolution file number 211118:

 

1.   FIRST DISTRICT. Wards 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60.

2.   SECOND DISTRICT. Wards 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71.

3.   THIRD DISTRICT. Wards 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 174, 175, 176, 178, 179.

4.   FOURTH DISTRICT. Wards 141, 156, 158, 162, 177, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184,185, 186, 187,188, 190, 191,192, 194, 195,196.
