Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

2nd, 7th and 10th Aldermanic Districts

N. 60th St. - W. Burleigh St. to W. Capitol Dr. (SM499190017) File Number 210060: Stormwater trees. (Nonassessable Water Quality Fund -- additional funds, $100,000.) The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $430,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

10th Aldermanic District

W. Burleigh St. -- W. Lisbon Ave. to W. Appleton Ave. (SM499190018) File Number 210060: Stormwater trees. (Nonassessable Water Quality Fund -- additional funds, $100,000.) The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $170,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.
