Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the establishment of a Master Sign Program Overlay Zone known as Druml Company Master Sign Program for the properties located at 1930, 1950-1966 and 2000-2030 South 4th Street, on the east side of South 4th Street, north of West Becher Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This overlay was requested by the Druml Company and will establish signage standards for the multi-tenant, multi-building sites.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-1017. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to establish a Master Sign Program Overlay Zone for the properties located at:
1930 South 4th Street, Tax Key No. 467-1581-000; 1950-1966 South 4th Street, Tax Key No. 467-1582-000; and 2000-2030 South 4th Street, Tax Key No. 467-1583-000.
Part 2. In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-1017(2)(a) of the Code relating to the establishment of a Master Sign Program Overlay Zone, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the sign program, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.
