9/1/20200 HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ADOPTED

Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the applicant has a simple project to reconfigure upstair bathrooms and closets and would like to swap one window and one door on the back of the house. The openings will be more or less maintained, just heights adjusted. Staff recommends approval with standard masonry conditions and all-wood doors and windows.
