Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the diamond asbestos roof has been on there since 1930 and is basically identified with the building. Staff also supports this as well. The guidelines do not allow black shingles and staff doesn't support a zinc option. Staff recommends repairing or replacing the skylight with a new, flat skylight. The roof will be a tear-off. Grant, with staff conditions.
