Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 51st Street from West Wright Street to a point 45 feet north”
“On the east side of North 51st Street from West Wright Street to a point 75 feet south”
“On the west side of N. 51st Street from W. Wright Street to a point 50 feet north thereof at any time”
“On North Jackson Street from East Kilbourn Avenue to East Ogden Avenue during Department of Public Works Snow Operations from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Jackson Street from East Kilbourn Avenue to East Ogden Avenue during Snow Emergency
On the south side of West Wood Avenue from South 20th Street to a point 50 feet east
On the west side of South 3rd Street from South Chase Avenue to a point 90 feet south
On the east side of South 20th Street from a point 945 feet south of West Wood Avenue to a point 30 feet south thereof
On the west side of North 91st Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 110 feet south
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-a of the Code relating to Fifteen-Minute Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Broadway from East St. Paul Avenue to a point 75 feet south for southbound center aisle parking from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Broadway from East St. Paul Avenue to East Menomonee Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM”
