Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance revises parking restrictions at various locations throughout the city.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West McKinley Avenue from North Old World Third Street to North 6th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North 4th Street east to the north-south alley at any time”
“On the north side of West Highland Avenue from North 4th Street to North 9th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of West Highland Avenue from North 5th Street to North 6th Street at any time”
“On the south side of West Highland Avenue from North 5th Street to the first north/south alley west thereof at any time”
“On the south side of West McKinley Avenue from North Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive to North 6th Street at any time”
“On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 10th Street, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM during the period of street construction activities along W. Kilbourn Avenue”
“On the south side of West State Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the west side of North 4th Street from the north curb line of W. State Street to a point 115 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North 4th Street from W. State Street to the east-west alley south of W. Juneau Avenue at any time”
“On the east side of North 4th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue”
“On the east side of North 6th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue”
“On the east side of North 6th Street from a point 200 feet north of the north curb line of W. Highland Avenue to a point 50 feet further north thereof at any time”

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley bounded by West Rogers Street, West Forest Home Avenue, South 19th Street and South 20th Street
On the east side of South 95th Street from West Beloit Road to a point 590 feet north
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 3rd Street from the south line of W. Everett St. to the south line of W. Juneau Ave”
“On the west side of North 6th Street from W. Highland Avenue to W. State Street from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of W. Highland Avenue from the Milwaukee River to N. 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
