Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2019 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Assessor’s Office, Health Department, Police Department, Department of Public Works - Operations Division

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 180629 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Assessor’s Office, Real Property”, add footnote designation “(X)” to one position of “Assessment Appeals Director”.

Under “Health Department”, amend footnotes “(I)”, “(K)”, and “(Q)” to read as follows:

“(I) To expire 9/30/20 unless the Preventive Health Grant is extended.”

“(K) To expire 09/30/22 unless the Justice for Families Grant is extended.”

“(Q) To expire 09/30/20 unless the FIT Families (WIC) from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services, is extended.”

Under “Office of Violence Prevention”, add one position of “Injury and Violence Prevention Program Manager (X)(Y)(K)”.

Under “Police Department, Operations Decision Unit, Intelligence Fusion Center”, add footnote designation “(Z)” to one position of “Intelligence Analyst” and add footnote “(Z)” to read as follows:

“(Z) 2019-20 HS-WEM/STAC Analyst Grant: Position authority to expire 8/30/2020, unless the 2019-20 HS-WEM/STAC Analyst is extended.”

Under “Department of Public Works - Operations Division, Fleet Services Section, Tire Shop”, delete the header of “Tire Shop”, delete three positions of “Tire Repair Worker I”, delete two positions of “Tire Repair Worker II”, and delete one position of “Tire Repair Worker III”.

Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
