Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 63rd Street from a point 350 feet north of West Nebraska Avenue to a point 200 feet north thereof on school days from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 63rd Street from West Warnimont Avenue to West Nebraska Avenue from April 15^th to July 15^th 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 3.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 9th Street from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street
