Title

Analysis

This ordinance prohibits selling articles from parked vehicles in the following locations:

1.  The north and south sides of West Burnham Street from South 13^th Street to South 15^th Street.

2.  The east and west sides of South 13^th Street from West Burnham Street to West Forest Home Avenue.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 115-45-2-c of the code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:

The north and south sides of West Burnham Street from South 13^th Street to South 15^th Street, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.

The east and west sides of South 13^th Street from West Burnham Street to West Forest Home Avenue, all days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
