Part 1. Section 320-31-1-0 of the code is amended to read:
320-1. City Information Management Committee. 1. COMPOSITION. There is created a city information management committee consisting of [[11]] >>12<< members:
Part 2. Section 320-31-1-L of the code is created to read:
L. Superintendent of water works.
