This resolution authorizes payment of the claim of Leonard Sobczak in the amount of $7,341.00;

Body

Whereas, the claimant, Leonard Sobczak, C.I. File No. 1048-2018-2609, has filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $7,341.00, and

Whereas, The City has agreed to settle the claim of Leonard Sobczak in the amount of $7,341.00, and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay these claims; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that proper city officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $7,341.00, payable to the order of Leonard Sobczak, c/o Eastmore Real Estate, 3287 N. Oakland Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53211, in full and final payment of these claims, upon receipt of releases of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City attorney; said amounts to be charged to Water Department Account - 636506 - Fund No. 0410 - Organization 6411 - Program 2631 - Sub Class R643.
