This zoning change was requested by Pat Prabhu and will allow commercial uses on the site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 419 West Vliet Street, Tax Key No. 361-0332-000, from Industrial-Light (IL2) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
