The Directors agreed to approve the contract with the friendly amendment adding the language ", with the understanding that the Board will receive the draft contract and a summary before the end of May 2019" to the end of the original title of the resolution. WHEREAS, Holton Terrace is one of the Public Housing Developments that received Commitment for Housing Assistance Payments (CHAP) under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) portfolio award from the Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority for the rehabilitation of Holton; and

WHEREAS, the President recommends that Travaux, Incorporated enter into a contract with HACM.; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, by Travaux, Incorporated that they approve entering into a contract with the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee to be the general contractor for Holton Terrace LLC project; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of Travaux, Incorporated are hereby authorized and directed to properly execute said contract for and on behalf of Travaux, Incorporated; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any extensions of the time of performance are needed, the Chairman and President may approve such request without any further action of Travaux Incorporated; and, be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that all acts previously performed, relative to this matter, by the Directors and the Present of Travaux, Incorporated, be and hereby are approved, ratified, and confirmed in all respects.
