Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee (“City”) owns 1600 East College Avenue (“Property”) and the Common Council adopted File No. 85-1906 wherein the City was authorized to execute a lease between the City and the United States of America (“Government”); and

Whereas, The lease agreement was executed as Lease No. DACA 45-5-86-00149 (“Lease”) and recorded in the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 5962646 on September 15, 1986; and

Whereas, The Government determined that a large portion of the Property was no longer required and deleted from the Lease through Amendment No. 2 approved by Common Council File No. 000699 and recorded as Document No. 6580791 on August 31, 2000; and

Whereas, The Government would like to exercise the renewal option allowed in the Lease and extend the expiration date to January 31, 2086; and

Whereas, All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Supplemental Agreement No. 3, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to Lease No. DACA 45-5-86-00149 between the City and the Government is approved; and, be it
