This resolution grants a special privilege to Water JJs Incorporated dba Jimmy John’s to install and maintain two dumpsters in the North Front Street right-of-way adjacent to 767 North Water Street.
Body
Whereas, Water JJs Incorporated dba Jimmy John’s, the applicant, which is a restaurant, does not have a location to store dumpsters on private property; and
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to keep and maintain two dumpsters on the east side of North Front Street abutting the building at 767 North Water Street; and
Whereas, Said dumpsters may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Water JJs Incorporated dba Jimmy John’s, 225 East Mason Street, Suite 700, Milwaukee WI 53202 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To install and maintain two dumpsters in the 25-foot wide right-of-way of North Front Street adjacent to 767 North Water Street. Said dumpsters are located along the east line of North Front Street and are centered about a point approximately 250 feet south of the south line of East Wells Street.
Said dumpsters shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
Said dumpsters shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as they are no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
