Resolution approving an Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement for the receipt and furnishing of services, materials and equipment between the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee and Travaux, Incorporated
Analysis
Body
WHEREAS, the HACM and Travaux, Inc. entered into a Cooperation Agreement for the for contract for receipt and furnishing of services, materials and equipment by HACM and Travaux, Inc., dated February 21, 2018 (the Cooperation Agreement); and
WHEREAS, HACM and Travaux, Inc. desired to amend the Cooperation Agreement by HACM and Travaux, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that an Agreement between the HACM and Travaux, Inc. be entered into and to continue such mutually beneficial relationship for an indeterminate period of years terminable by either party upon written notice; and therefore be it:
RESOLVED, the parties hereto do mutually agree to renew the Cooperation Agreement by HACM and Travaux, Inc. through its various departments for an indefinite term in accordance with the terms and conditions set upon and agreed by both parties; and
RESOLVED, that Section 2.1 of the attached Cooperation Agreement be amended to read “This Agreement shall commence as of January 1, 2018, and shall automatically renew annually unless terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.”
FURTHER RESOVED, that the Chairman of the Board of Commissioner or his designee is authorized and directed to enter into and properly execute the Cooperation Agreement.
