Resolution approving a Co-Developer and Representation Agreement between the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee and Travaux, Incorporated

Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) and Travaux, Inc. desire to set forth terms and conditions upon which Travaux, Inc. will serve as Co-Developer and Representative for HACM’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion projects and other future projects of HACM; and
WHEREAS, as the real estate development arm of HACM, Travaux, Inc. shares in the mission of HACM which is to foster strong, resilient and inclusive communities that support self-sufficiency, good quality of life and the opportunity to thrive; and
WHEREAS, HACM and Travaux, Inc. desire enter into the Co-Developer and Representation Agreement in order to further their shared mission and to promote the exercise of the HACM’s statutory powers; now, therefore be it:
RESOLVED, that the Co-Developer and Representation Agreement by and between Travaux, Inc. and HACM (the “Agreement”) is hereby approved and the proper officers of HACM are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Agreement in substantially the form on file with the corporation or in such form and substance as may be approved by the Secretary-Executive Director.
