Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxicab Stands is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of East State Street between North Marshall and North Astor Streets, sufficient space to park two taxi cabs”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Astor Street from East Land Place to the dead end north thereof”

“On the north side of East Belleview Place from North Farwell Avenue to North Prospect Avenue except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM”

“On the south side of East Webster Place from North Cramer Street to North Stowell Avenue”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Webster Place from North Cramer Street to North Maryland Avenue
