WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (Authority) by adoption of Resolution Number 12792, on June 8, 2016, authorized and approved entering into a contract between Torti Gallas and Partners Inc. and the Authority for planning and architectural/engineering services for Westlawn Gardens Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, Torti Gallas and Partners Inc. has performed the services satisfactorily during the current contract term; and
WHEREAS, additional contract authority in the amount of $1,000,000.00 not-to-exceed is required so that Torti Gallas and Partners Inc. can complete the necessary services for the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that they hereby authorize and approve amending Contract Number 16-031 by adding contract authority of $1,000,000.00 not-to-exceed; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of the subject contract, not hereby amended, shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Authority be and hereby are authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the Authority, Amendment Number 1 to Contract Number 16-031 to effectuate the intent and purpose of this Resolution.
