Analysis
Correction was made to the location of KPH from "Waukesha, WI" to "Milwaukee, WI"
Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (Authority) authorized and approved entering into a contract between KPH Environmental Corp. and the Authority for hazardous materials abatement services at various subsidized public housing sites; and
WHEREAS, KPH Environmental Corp. has performed the services satisfactorily during the first and second years, and it is in the best interests of the Authority to extend the contract at the same terms and conditions of the original contract for a third and final year; and
WHEREAS, KPH Environmental Corp. has agreed to renew the contract at the same rates, terms, and conditions as the original contract; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that they hereby authorize and approve amending Contract No. 17-003 by extending the contract through March 27, 2020 and adding $100,000.00 not-to-exceed in additional contract authority dollars for future work as needed; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of the subject contract, not hereby amended, shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Authority be and hereby are authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the Authority, Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 17-003 to effectuate the intent and purpose of this Resolution.
