WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) received a 2015 Capital Fund Program Grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, the HACM applied this grant to various eligible activities that included operations, administration, management improvements, architectural and engineering services, ADA/504 activities, mitigation of environmental hazards, energy conservation, mixed-finance development and various modernization projects, including the construction of Victory Manor, Westlawn Gardens Scattered Sites, and the Westlawn Resident Services office (aka Management and Maintenance facility), relocation, and vacant unit deferred maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority obligated and expended the 2015 Capital Fund Program funds by the HUD deadline date of 12/31/18; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee hereby approve the Final Performance and Evaluation Report for the 2015 Capital Fund Program Grant and close-out documentation; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Final Performance and Evaluation Report for the 2015 Capital Fund Program Grant and close-out documentation to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
