This ordinance creates a footnote in the code of ordinances stating that enforcement of the code provisions relating to deconstruction of one- to 4-unit residential structures will be stayed until March 1, 2020.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. The following footnote is inserted immediately following s. 218-10 of the code:
Enforcement of s. 218-10 is stayed until March 1, 2020.
