Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to U-Turns Prohibited is amended by adding the following:
On East Kilbourn Avenue at the first median opening east of North Jackson Street
Part 2. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Townsend Street at North 57th Street”
Part 3. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On West Hadley Street at North 39th Street”
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On West Townsend Street at North 57th Street
On North 41st Street at West Sheridan Avenue
On West Hadley Street and North 39th Street in all directions
Part 5. Section 101-18-1 of the Code relating to No Heavy Traffic is amended by adding the following:
On West Mt. Vernon Avenue at North 35th Street westbound
On West St. Paul Avenue at North 35th Street westbound
On North 36th Street at West Michigan Street southbound
On North 37th Street between West Fairmount Avenue and West Villard Avenue
On North 38th Street at West Wisconsin Avenue southbound
