Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
”On the south side of West Dakota Street from a point 225 feet west of South 27th Street to a point 75 feet further west at any time”
“On the west side of South 18th Street from a point 360 feet south of West Lincoln Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Dakota Street from South 27th Street to a point 300 feet west
On the west side of South 18th Street from a point 360 feet south of West Lincoln Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof on school days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Pierce Street from East Center Street to East Hadley Street”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following
On the west side of South 25th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to a point 90 feet south
On the north side of East Erie Street from North Jefferson Street to North Milwaukee Street on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North 23rd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street
Part 6. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Erie Street from North Jefferson Street to North Milwaukee Street 8:0...
