Whereas, Common Council File Number 150855, substitute resolution to vacate the unimproved portion of the east-west alley in the block bounded by West Cherry Street, West Vliet Street, North 48th Street, and North 49th Street in the 10th Aldermanic District, was adopted by the Common Council on February 9, 2016; and
Whereas, It has been determined that this resolution was not adopted in accordance with s. 52.73, Wis Stats., and s. 308-28 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Common Council File Number 150855 is rescinded.
