Whereas, Meta House Incorporated, the applicant, requested permission to construct and maintain an underground conduit for communications cabling to connect its offices at 2618 North Bremen Street to the security gate for the parking lot at 2623 North Bremen Street; and
Whereas, Said conduit may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Meta House Incorporated, 2625 North Weil Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To construct and maintain a ¾-inch diameter underground communications conduit crossing under the 70-foot wide right-of-way of North Bremen Street. Said conduit crosses North Bremen Street at a point approximately 173 feet north of the north line of East Clarke Street.
Said underground conduit shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as they are no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
