Title

A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-9.5 of the Code relating to No Loitering on Medians is amended by adding the following:

At the intersection of West Appleton Avenue and West Capitol Drive

At the intersection of West Capitol Drive and North 76^th Street

At the intersection of West Good Hope Road and North 107^th Street

Part 2.  Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to U-Turn Prohibited is amended by striking the following:

“On North Water Street at East Wells Street for north bound traffic”

Part 3.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On West Marion Street at North 83^rd Street

On West Sheridan Avenue at North 55^th Street

On South 23^rd Street at West Warnimont Avenue

On North 48^th Street at West Rohr Avenue

On South Barclay Street and East Scott Street in all directions

Part 4.  Section 101-18-1 of the Code relating to No Heavy Traffic is amended by adding the following:

On South 23^rd Street between West Layton Avenue and West Ramsey Avenue
