Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Noel Kegel and will allow for redevelopment of the property located at 187 East Becher Street.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 187 East Becher Street, Tax Key No. 466-0909-100, from Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
