Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Scott Crawford, Inc. and will allow for redevelopment of the properties located at 2727 North 32nd Street, 2748 North 32nd Street, 2758 North 33rd Street and 3212 West Center Street.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2727 North 32nd Street, Tax Key No. 309-0502-000; 2748 North 32nd Street, Tax Key No. 309-1206-000; 2758 North 33rd Street, Tax Key No. 309-0503-000; and 3212 West Center Street, Tax Key No. 309-1208-000, from Industrial-Light (IL2) and Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Mixed (IM).
