Whereas, The Milwaukee Police Department filed a notarized complaint requesting the revocation of the Class “B” Manager license of Eddie J. Nuell for “All Star Sports Bar” at 4001 W. Fond du Lac Avenue; and

Whereas, The Licenses Committee held evidentiary hearings on March 6, May 11 and May 29, 2009; and

Whereas, Based on the police report and testimony provided at these hearings, the Committee unanimously voted to revoke the Class “B” Manager license of Eddie J. Nuell for “All Star Sports Bar” at 4001 W. Fond du Lac Avenue; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Class "B" Manager license of Eddie J. Nuell for the premises at 4001 W. Fond du Lac Avenue ("All Star Sports Bar") is revoked.
