Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Van Buren Street from East Clybourn Street to East Wisconsin Avenue at any time”
“On the west side of North 27th Street from a point 530 feet south of the south curb line of West Silver Spring Drive to a point 210 feet further south thereof at any time”
“On the east side of North Hawley Road from West Notre Dame Court to West Washington Boulevard from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday except where no parking is in effect”
“On the west side of North Hawley Road from West Vliet Street to West Notre Dame Court from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday except where no parking is in effect”
“On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from a point 180 feet east of the east curb line of North 25th Street to North 27th Street at any time”
“On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from North 24th Street to North 25th at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Van Buren Street from East Michigan Street to East Wisconsin Avenue
On the east side of North Van Buren Street from East Michigan Street to a point 100 feet south
On the west side of North Van Buren Street from East Clybourn Street to East Michigan Street
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from North 25th Street to North 27th Street
On the south side of West St Paul Avenue from West Greves Street to a point 80 feet west
On the south side of West National Avenue from a point 300 feet east of South 9th Street to a point 30 feet east
