Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $151,000 with the total cost estimated to be $6,210,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
3rd Aldermanic District
E. Bradford Ave. - N. Frederick Ave. to N. Maryland Ave. (SM495170046): Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $85,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.
6th Aldermanic District
N. 12th St. - W. Atkinson Ave. to W. Abert Pl. (SM495170047): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $123,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

N. 79th St. - W. Mt. Vernon Ave. to the Honey Creek Outfall (SM499170106): Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Storm Water Quality Fund -- $10,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $72,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.
