Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of South Lenox Street from a point 415 feet north of East Lincoln Avenue to a point 75 feet north thereof”
“On South 43rd Street from West Lincoln Avenue to a point 800 feet south thereof at any time”
“On South 43rd Street from a point 120 feet south West Cleveland Avenue to a point 300 feet north of West Cleveland Avenue at any time”
“On the east side of South 43rd Street from a point 500 feet south of the center line of West Lincoln Avenue to a point 500 feet south thereof at any time”
“On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 35th Street to South 37th Street”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Lenox Street from East Lincoln Avenue to a point 495 feet north from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM
On the east side of South 43rd Street from West Lincoln Avenue to a point 160 feet south of West Cleveland Avenue
On the west side of South 43rd Street from West Lincoln Avenue to a point 800 feet south
On the west side of South 43rd Street from a point 100 feet north of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway to a point 160 feet south of West Cleveland Avenue
On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 35th Street to a point 180 feet west
On the east side of South Howell Avenue to a point 45 feet south
On the west side of South Howell Avenue to a point 45 feet north
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Cambridge Avenue between East Irving and East Windsor ...
