Whereas, The property is located at 6221 West Lisbon Avenue; and
Whereas, The property is owned by the City of Milwaukee, and a street lighting substation is located on it; and
Whereas, The first installment of $88.99 was paid; and
Whereas, The second installment of $81.79 was placed on the 2016 tax roll; and
Whereas, The remaining four installments need to be cancelled; and
Whereas, The City non-assessable fund should have been charged for this bill; now therefore, be it
Resolved, That the City Comptroller shall issue to the City Treasurer a check in the amount of $81.79 for this special improvement bill; and be it
Further Resolved, That the Resurface Reconstruct Account (ST211170001) be charged for this amount.
