Whereas, ADA ramps are required to be upgraded to current design criteria when a street is improved, and

Whereas, The projects are included in the Department of Public Works High Impact Resurface Program; and

Whereas, The Cities of Milwaukee and Wauwatosa share jurisdiction ownership of the roadway and will share the ramp construction costs; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee will be the lead agency of the project design and construction; and

Whereas, This projects are programmed for construction in 2017; and

Whereas, Funding for the construction phase of the project is included in resolution 170020 (ST214170104); now, therefore, be it
