Analysis
This resolution accepts Water Easements WE-965 A&B for the construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of water mains, and authorizes the proper City officials, including the Commissioner of Public works, to execute the document.
Body
Whereas, The following water easements are offered to the City:
Water Easement with Assignment, WE-965 A, executed by Greenfield Development Partners Holdings, LLC, 84 South Hot Dogs, and the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8855, Chapman Subdivision, Lots 1 and 2, North of West Layton Avenue and East of Hawk Run; and
Water Easement with Assignment, WE-965 B, executed by Greenfield Development Partners Holdings, LLC, 84 South Hot Dogs, and the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8855, Chapman Subdivision, Lot 3, North of West Layton Avenue and West of Hawk Run; and
Whereas, The City of Greenfield desires to assign its rights under the WE-965 A&B document to the City of Milwaukee, and the City of Milwaukee is willing to accept same; and
Whereas, The Department of Public Works has reviewed the above document; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said document, a copy of which has been made part of this file, is hereby approved, and the proper City officials, including the Commissioner of Public Works, are hereby authorized to execute same on City’s behalf and to cause same to be recorded in the Register of Deeds Office.
