Title

This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Employee Relations, Health Department, Municipal Court, Police Department, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 160596 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 1CX, delete the title “Court Administrator Coordinator” and add the title “Court Administrative Coordinator”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 160596 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 2EX, delete the title “Benefit Services Analyst” and add the title “Benefits Services Analyst”.

Under Pay Range 2HX, add the title “ReCAST PROGRAM MANAGER (5)” with footnote to read as following:

“(5) Recruitment at any rate in the pay range with the approval of DER and the Chair of Finance.”

Under Pay Range 2IX, delete the title “ReCast Program Manager (4)”.

Under Pay Range 2MX, add the title “Substance Abuse Program Manager (4)” with the footnote to read as follows:

“(4) Position to be studied when vacant.”

Part 3. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 160596 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2017 - January 1, 2017):

Under Pay Range 2AN, delete the titles “Water Chemist I” and “Water Microbiologist I” and delete footnote “(1)” in its entirety.

Under Pay Range 2CN, delete the title “Water Chemist II” and delete footnote “(7)” in its entirety.

Under Pay Range 2DN, delete the title “Water Microbiologist I...
