Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said this was found as part of cleaning up the old files for Mr. Jakubovich. The property is on the corner and an application for a COA was filed in 2010. Glass block infill was used on previous wood windows. The owner was told not to use the glass block windows and did the work without an HVAC permit for the venting of the furnace. Staff recommends either denial of the application to keep the glass block windows and HVAC venting or to keep the HVAC venting where it is with infill between two windows. Brian Morello - owner Ms. Keatingh Kahn moved to deny, seconded by Ms. Pieper Eisenbrown. Failed 2-3 (Mr. Williams, Ms. Clendenen-Acosta and Mr. Jarosz voting "no"). Mr. Williams moved to approve with the condition that the owner works with staff, paint the PVC to match the brick and disguise the glass block as much as possible, seconded by Ms. Pieper Eisenbrown. This does not set a precedent. Prevailed. 4-1 (Ms. Keating Kahn voting 'no")
