Staff recommends a temporary designation based on ss. 320-21-3-e-1, e-3, e-5 and e-6, Milw. Code of Ordinances. Ms. Pieper Brown moved, seconded by Mr. Williams, to open the meeting for a public hearing. There were no objections. Nobody wishes to speak.
