After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $681,000 with the total cost estimated to be $3,793,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

4th Aldermanic District

Area bounded by E. Michigan St., E. Clybourn St., N. Cass St. (vacated), and N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. (SM495160095): (TID Nonassessable Sewer Fund -- $20,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $1,500,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

E. Michigan St. - N. Jackson St. to N. Van Buren St. (WT410170722): Relaying water main and water main rehabilitation. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $2,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $18,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $290,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

6th Aldermanic District

N. 5th St. - W. Juneau Ave. to W. McKinley Ave. (TID-48) (TD04884042): Paving the roadway with concrete. Laying a concrete curb and gutter. Laying concrete sidewalk.
