Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Light to Industrial-Office for the property located at 352-354 East Stewart Street, on the northeast corner of East Stewart Street and South Hilbert Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by 352 LLC and will allow the property to be joined to a portion of 356 East Stewart Street, which is zoned IO2.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 352-354 East Stewart Street, Tax Key No. 466-0102-000, from Industrial-Light (IL2) to Industrial-Office (IO2).
