Ian Sustar 720-28 E Nash St stated he is willing to pay the assessement because it will improve the property and it's not an alley. Ann Van Dunk Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity stated all their vendors use that street and it is in bad shape. N. 70th St. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Fiebrantz Ave. (ST211160166): Install traffic calming speed hump(s). (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $5,900; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $2,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $7,900. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016-2017 construction season.
