This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $185,800 with the total cost estimated to be $2,895,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

4th Aldermanic District

N. Harbor Dr. - E. Chicago St. to E. Michigan St. (WT410160013): Hydrant alteration. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $3,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $85,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

N. James Lovell St. - 215 feet south of W. State St. to W. State St. (SM495160062): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $79,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

N. 6th St. - W. Highland Ave. to W. Juneau Ave. (SM495160060): Combined sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $10,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $49,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.
