Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Burnham Street from South 35^th Street to a point 185 feet east

On North Maryland Avenue from East Kenwood Boulevard to East Hartford Avenue

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Kenwood Boulevard to East Hartford Avenue, at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Kenwood Boulevard to East Hartford Avenue”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 51^st Street from a point 70 feet south of West Euclid Avenue to a point 20 feet south thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 26^th Street from West Hope Street to West Roosevelt Drive”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 88^th Street from West Warnimont Avenue to a point 460 feet north on school days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Part 6.  Section 101-32-3-a of the Code relating to Fifteen-Minute Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Wells Street from a point 100 feet west of North Jackson Street to a point 35 feet west thereof from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday
