Under this ordinance, the department of administration will manage any procurement required by the charter school review committee.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 320-41-6-e of the code is created to read:

320-41. Charter School Review Committee.

6. POWERS AND DUTIES.

>>e. All procurement required by the committee shall be managed by the department of administration.<<
